This Refund Policy explains how subscription payments, cancellations, and refund requests are handled for Hellotik.

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid subscriptions for Hellotik, including monthly and annual plans purchased through Polar.
2. Free Plan and Trial Access
- The Starter plan is free and does not incur subscription charges.
- Where offered, trial periods allow evaluation before paid billing begins.
- After a trial ends, paid billing starts according to your selected plan cycle unless canceled before renewal.
3. Standard Refund Rule
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law or where explicitly approved by us under this policy.
4. Cases Eligible for Review
We may review and, at our discretion, approve a partial or full refund in cases such as:
- Duplicate charges for the same billing cycle.
- Incorrect billing caused by a technical or processing error.
- Unauthorized subscription transaction, subject to verification.
5. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing flow.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically issue a refund for the current paid period.
- Access to paid features remains active until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund review, contact us at hello@example.com and include your account email, company/workspace details, transaction reference, and reason for request.
Requests should be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.
7. Processing Timelines
- We aim to review requests within 5 business days.
- If approved, refund processing is initiated through Polar.
- Final posting time depends on your payment provider and may take additional business days.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate quickly. Initiating an immediate chargeback may result in temporary account restrictions during dispute review.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
